North Avenue residents and businesses get valuable information at the North Avenue Business Association’s Home and Business Safety Seminar. The 2015 event was January 27th at Redeemer Church Chicago. Representatives of Village of Oak Park Emergency Preparedness, Chicago Police Department CAPS District 25, Illinois State’s Attorney Office and ADT Security showed valuable ways to keep North Avenue homes, families and businesses safe.
“Today safety and security are big priorities with all residents and businesses. And this seminar gives everyone helpful ways to stay safe, be more productive and even save money.” says Lee Owens President of the North Avenue Business Association.
Topics discussed include home and business security, new ways law enforcement, residents and businesses can work together, computer safety, identity theft and ways to save on home and business owner insurance.
